It takes skills to make a shake as good as the ones we prepare, and we have practiced over and over again to make sure we never disappoint. Thick, rich, and creamy, our standard shakes are destined to make your taste buds stand up and cheer, and although you and your special someone may require a spoon instead of a straw, the flavor explosion when the first taste hits your tongue will make it worth the extra effort. There are four shakes on our menu, each destined to become your favorite, and even though the tradition for love is to purchase one shake with two straws, we suggest you each order a different flavor so as to enjoy more flavors. The four shakes are, in no particular order: Double Malt, Chocolate Lovers Shake, Strawberry Shake, and Cookies and Cream.

We probably should have said there are four shakes on our standard menu and one specialty shake that changes on a regular basis, but we think telling it this way is much more dramatic and satisfying. The final shake, also known as the Shake of the Now, brings us joy and lets us show off our creative side, including the one we are currently advertising, the Pick and Roll. Made with creamy chocolate ice cream, crunchy peanut butter, and topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chocolate shavings, we think Reese’s should be glad we only offer this luscious shake for a brief time!

Summer in Arizona is definitely an experience we both love and hate. Vacation days and hours spent by the pool play against scorching temperatures and days that never seem to end. The heat can take a toll on us, but we’ve learned how to adjust and make the most of the season. One of the ways we do that is by offering tasty meals to complement the summer itself! These summer flavors are designed to fill you up without leaving you feeling hot and uncomfortable.

Light Yet Filling

Even a place that primarily serves burgers understands the place a really good salad has in everyone’s lives, and our Aioli salads are the perfect choice for lunch or dinner when the mercury hits the century mark! On our food trucks you can choose between the Caprese Salad, made with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, balsamic reduction, and extra virgin olive oil, and our Signature Salad, created with arugula and iceberg, shaved red onion, tomatoes, and topped with a bacon sherry vinaigrette and Maytag blue cheese. Each of our salads is created using fresh and local ingredients! Our restaurant offers slightly different variations of our traditional salads, including the Burrata Caprese, which adds homemade croutons and burrata cheese, and the Aioli Wedge, which features a wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with pickled red onion, Applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, diced English cucumbers, and bleu cheese dressing dripping with savory blue cheese crumbles!

The Italiano

Not that we like to toot our own horn, but this burger was voted Devoured’s Best Dish in 2016: the Italiano! The Italiano is made with your choice of protein (Kobe beef, chicken breast, or a vegan patty) and bun (toasted brioche, lettuce wrapped, or a gluten free bun) and is topped with a delicious combination of fresh mozzarella, tomato, a balsamic reduction, crispy bacon, and a fresh basic garlic aioli!
