Two life-long friends started Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering with one thing in mind: To serve quality good to their hometown and become one of the best burger joints in Phoenix. Each member brought different skills to the table, allowing them to turn their life-long dream of owning a restaurant into a reality.

How it all Started
Our story is simple. We are two life-long friends who had one goal in mind: to create a quality product and bring it to hungry people throughout the valley. Aioli Burger started with one food truck in Phoenix, grew into three tucks, became a full catering company, and now we have 2 brick and mortar burger joint locations. When it came to choosing our first restaurant location it was an easy decision. Let’s go back to where it all started: the neighborhood where we grew up, right there on 32nd Street and Shea.

Food is art, and the Aioli Burger menu is our palette. From innovative Aioli hamburgers topped with different flavors of aioli to the healthy salads, appetizers, side dishes, and deserts found on our menu, our attention to the tasty details is something you don’t often find in your typical burger joint. The Aioli Burger menu features a children’s section that is larger than many, and because the family doesn’t always include just the two-legged relatives, we offer a Bow Wow Trio for that special fur baby in your life; biscuits, peanut butter, and apple slices will bring a smile to your faithful companion’s furry face.
