Today, the trends have changed, and it may be sushi and a soda that the young couple in love will share, but we at Aioli Gourmet Burgers feel that sometimes the old ways are best, and we invite you to try a shake at Aioli with your special someone, falling in love in all the best of ways. Frosty, Creamy, and So Delicious

It takes skills to make a shake as good as the ones we prepare, and we have practiced over and over again to make sure we never disappoint. Thick, rich, and creamy, our standard shakes are destined to make your taste buds stand up and cheer, and although you and your special someone may require a spoon instead of a straw, the flavor explosion when the first taste hits your tongue will make it worth the extra effort. There are four shakes on our menu, each destined to become your favorite, and even though the tradition for love is to purchase one shake with two straws, we suggest you each order a different flavor so as to enjoy more flavors. The four shakes are, in no particular order: Double Malt, Chocolate Lovers Shake, Strawberry Shake, and Cookies and Cream.

But Wait, There’s One More

We probably should have said there are four shakes on our standard menu and one specialty shake that changes on a regular basis, but we think telling it this way is much more dramatic and satisfying. The final shake, also known as the Shake of the Now, brings us joy and lets us show off our creative side, including the one we are currently advertising, the Pick and Roll. Made with creamy chocolate ice cream, crunchy peanut butter, and topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chocolate shavings, we think Reese’s should be glad we only offer this luscious shake for a brief time!

Summer Flavors We Love at Aioli

Summer is here, and that means it’s time for burgers in Arizona! Come on in to Aioli Gourmet Burgers! We have so many delicious summer flavors that you are sure to find one you love. It all started with a simple food truck. As word got around, we expanded our fleet, and now we have multiple brick-and-mortar locations with all your food truck favorites on board. Salads and Appetizers

Summer can get hot in Phoenix, so a light meal is always welcomed. The Aioli Wedge salad is a great choice, with its cold crispness and yummy additions. Crunchy iceberg lettuce releases its juicy deliciousness while pickled red onion, applewood smoked bacon, tomato, diced cucumber, blue cheese crumbles, and blue cheese dressing accent the fresh flavors.

Sides

The smell of roasting corn is a staple of American summers. Try the elote, or Mexican street corn. We roast half cobs of sweet corn, then season them with smoked paprika, fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime-cilantro aioli.

The loaded fries are reminiscent of summers at the state fair. They are smothered in Kiltlifter Four Peak’s cheese sauce, fresh avocado, pickled red onion, chipotle aioli, and Applewood smoked bacon. Top-notch fries, great memories!

The beer-battered onion rings also remind us of some of our favorite summers of youth. They are served with barbecue sauce and house ranch sauce. We challenge you to eat them and not have memories of your best summers ever come back to bring a smile!

Milkshakes

One look at our milkshakes and your body will scream, “Get in my belly!” In the summer, you can’t have an Aioli burger without one of our signature shakes. The favorite for summer? Strawberry—fresh and fruity, hands down.

Finally, we get to burgers. While all the choices are simply amazing, we have a few clear faves for summer. The classic is a summer favorite and brings back memories of backyard barbecues and parties when we were kids. But the Aioli Burger (with bacon, lettuce, cheddar, and garlic aioli) is a tasty choice for a warm summer night, as is the Black and Blue (blue cheese, arugula, bacon, caramelized onions, and black pepper aioli).

We get so excited every time we have something new to offer you. From the big news to the smaller announcements, we can’t wait to get online and share! And yes, as we move further into the new year, it is once again time to announce the new Shake of the Now, and we have to say, we just might have outdone ourselves on this one!

Our Delicious New Creation 

No, we didn’t misspell anything, Cashew on the New Year is our clever name for the Shake of the Now! By this time, we suspect many of your resolutions you made at the stroke of midnight on New Year’s Eve have been dropping like flies, and if you’re ready to drop the no sugar one or are just looking for your weekly cheat, we can promise the sweet and nutty deliciousness of this fantastic frozen dairy product will make your taste buds stand up and applaud! This creation is made with our rich and creamy vanilla ice cream mixed with an amazing cashew buttercream mousse, caramelized white chocolate milk crumb, and candied cashews. Now, if you are thinking that this already sounds like it tastes absolutely divine, you would be correct—but we did not stop there! We added in some light and airy meringue cookies, and of course, we topped it with the best-tasting whipped cream in the world.

This sweet surprise could truly be considered a masterpiece, and although you may not have realized before that all these flavors could blend together so nicely, you may find yourself wondering why you had not tried mixing them together yourself! And as we continue to come up with flavor combinations that should not work together but always end up surprising us, we are also the ones who will have to endure the big question. How are we ever going to top THIS Shake of the Now? But do not worry, because even after this month’s masterpiece our minds are always working and we are already imagining the NEXT flavor of the now!
