Summer Flavors We Love at Aioli

Summer is here, and that means it’s time for burgers in Arizona! Come on in to Aioli Gourmet Burgers! We have so many delicious summer flavors that you are sure to find one you love. It all started with a simple food truck. As word got around, we expanded our fleet, and now we have multiple brick-and-mortar locations with all your food truck favorites on board. If you have never been here, it can be hard to decide what to try first. We’ll make it easy with a list of our summer favorites at Aioli Gourmet Burgers.

Salads and Appetizers

Summer can get hot in Phoenix, so a light meal is always welcomed. The Aioli Wedge salad is a great choice, with its cold crispness and yummy additions. Crunchy iceberg lettuce releases its juicy deliciousness while pickled red onion, applewood smoked bacon, tomato, diced cucumber, blue cheese crumbles, and blue cheese dressing accent the fresh flavors.

Sides

The smell of roasting corn is a staple of American summers. Try the elote, or Mexican street corn. We roast half cobs of sweet corn, then season them with smoked paprika, fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime-cilantro aioli.

The loaded fries are reminiscent of summers at the state fair. They are smothered in Kiltlifter Four Peak’s cheese sauce, fresh avocado, pickled red onion, chipotle aioli, and Applewood smoked bacon. Top-notch fries, great memories!

The beer-battered onion rings also remind us of some of our favorite summers of youth. They are served with barbecue sauce and house ranch sauce. We challenge you to eat them and not have memories of your best summers ever come back to bring a smile!

Milkshakes

One look at our milkshakes and your body will scream, “Get in my belly!” In the summer, you can’t have an Aioli burger without one of our signature shakes. The favorite for summer? Strawberry—fresh and fruity, hands down.

Burgers

Finally, we get to burgers. While all the choices are simply amazing, we have a few clear faves for summer. The classic is a summer favorite and brings back memories of backyard barbecues and parties when we were kids. But the Aioli Burger (with bacon, lettuce, cheddar, and garlic aioli) is a tasty choice for a warm summer night, as is the Black and Blue (blue cheese, arugula, bacon, caramelized onions, and black pepper aioli).
