Within the past year we have exploded into a company that has 2 concepts (Aioli Gourmet Burgers, Modern Tortilla), a restaurant, and a full catering division.

How did Aioli Catering begin?
After Chef Tom D’Ambrosio graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, he was tapped to work as an apprentice lead chef at The Greenbrier. Being as the Greenbrier is one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in the United States, expectations for culinary expertise are second to none. For years Chef Tom honed his skills preparing meals for Royalty, Congressmen, and Foreign Diplomats.

In Late 2013, Chef Tom left The Greenbrier in pursuit of his childhood dream of serving the community he was from. Within a month of being back in Phoenix, AZ, Tom, along with a few life long friends opened up their first food truck (Aioli Gourmet Burger). A Concept that has been raved throughout the valley for the past 3 years and a one of the most successful food truck operations in the Southwestern United States.

Okay, back on track:
With the huge success of the food truck, people wanted more and constantly inquired about catering services. This was something that was not originally a part of the plan, but hey “we’re not complaining.” In fact I was next to Tom in early 2014, when he Co-Owner Kyle Hollenbeck received a phone call about catering a corporate event. Kyle placed his hand over the mouthpiece and quietly asked Chef Tom whether they could pull it off…Tom’s eyes lit up…and the rest was history.

Nearly 3 years later, Aioli Gourmet has catered hundreds of events throughout Arizona. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner…Rain, Sleet or Snow…You name the event…we’ve probably been there

This place is so good ! I usually try to stay away from meat alternatives like this as they contain canola oil in it. However I have sensitivities to certain cuts of beef and this has been so raves about I had to give it a try! ☺️
🍔The texture was great it was full of flavor and even you regular meat eaters will enjoy this! Very good ! ANY BURGER can be with these low priced up charges... gluten free ($1) and vegan ($2)👌

❗️If you all have never been to the bakery “ GLUTEN FREE CREATIONS” by the way... you NEED TOO. The staff is so helpful and it is a GLUTEN FREE dedicated bakery that also serves food during the day! It is sooo good ! One of my favorite items is their herb bread ! 🤤 they partner up with TONS of local restaurants and provide their breads and baked goods! Check them out. They are located in right in the same block of this restaurant! .

Aioli is popping up on menus with some confusion between garlic mayonnaise and aioli sauce. With all due respect, aioli is not mayonnaise that took a semester abroad.  @aioligourmetburger offers fresh, as in made from scratch daily, aioli sauce in four finger-licking flavors, white truffle, basil garlic, chipotle, and roasted garlic. This, along with great customer service and some serious customer loyalty, has lead from one food truck to three and a restaurant at 32nd St and Shea Blvd.  For catering or dinner tonight, #aioligourmetburgers top choice!
