Within the past year we have exploded into a company that has 2 concepts (Aioli Gourmet Burgers, Modern Tortilla), a restaurant, and a full catering division.

How did Aioli Catering begin?
After Chef Tom D’Ambrosio graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, he was tapped to work as an apprentice lead chef at The Greenbrier. Being as the Greenbrier is one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in the United States, expectations for culinary expertise are second to none. For years Chef Tom honed his skills preparing meals for Royalty, Congressmen, and Foreign Diplomats.

In Late 2013, Chef Tom left The Greenbrier in pursuit of his childhood dream of serving the community he was from. Within a month of being back in Phoenix, AZ, Tom, along with a few life long friends opened up their first food truck (Aioli Gourmet Burger). A Concept that has been raved throughout the valley for the past 3 years and a one of the most successful food truck operations in the Southwestern United States.

Okay, back on track:
With the huge success of the food truck, people wanted more and constantly inquired about catering services. This was something that was not originally a part of the plan, but hey “we’re not complaining.” In fact I was next to Tom in early 2014, when he Co-Owner Kyle Hollenbeck received a phone call about catering a corporate event. Kyle placed his hand over the mouthpiece and quietly asked Chef Tom whether they could pull it off…Tom’s eyes lit up…and the rest was history.

Nearly 3 years later, Aioli Gourmet has catered hundreds of events throughout Arizona. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner…Rain, Sleet or Snow…You name the event…we’ve probably been there
