About the Chef

Chef Thomas D’Ambrosio is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, with over a decade of fine dining experience. He completed his apprenticeship at the Greenbrier in West Virginia. This was under certified master chef Richard Rosendale as seen “Recipe rehab” on CBS. Chef Thomas competed in a post-secondary Skills USA competition, where he placed first place in the nation.

Being born and raised in Arizona, Chef Thomas was happy to come back to his home town and start, own, and operate one of the fastest-growing food trucks in Arizona during 2014. Chef Thomas also graduated from NAU with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management in 2009.

Aioli Gourmet Catering is happy to share Chef Thomas’ creative culinary expertise with your next lunch, meeting, or special event.

Corporate Catering

Aioli Gourmet Catering takes pride in creating menus to optimize athletic performance. Chef Tom D’Ambrosio spent 3 years catering for Professional and college teams at the Green Brier. Teams to include West Virginia University, New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots and many more. These teams have training facilities onsite, and he was responsible to make sure they were fed during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Since Aioli Gourmet Catering started they have catered for the Seattle Sea Hawks Prime Sports Pre Party for Super Bowl 49 and for both Notre Dame and Ohio State Fiesta Bowl 2016. We have worked with some of the top wedding planners in the valley to also cater the weddings of several professional athletes.
