Traditionally, the quinceañera starts with a mass, then everyone heads over to the party where they enjoy delicious food and drink, and lots of lively dancing. The party can include a formal, sit-down meal, a buffet style meal, or something in between. Although this is a traditional celebration, it’s perfectly acceptable to think outside the box when it comes to themes, decorations and of course, the food. A popular trend with quinceañeras, bat mitzvahs and the like is food trucks. Aioli Burger started with a food truck, and our band of popular trucks still makes the rounds. And, they’re perfect for parties. If your venue is a little small for several food trucks, then our burger carts may fit the bill. Same delicious burgers and more, just with a smaller, quieter delivery. It’ll still be fun for your guests to go from cart to cart, ordering their delicious burgers or tacos or wraps.
Other traditional elements of a quinceañera include lots of “chamberlains” or cute young boys ready to dance with the birthday girl, the “last doll” (which is passed on to a younger family member), her first real flower bouquet, and 15 piñatas that the birthday girl breaks. And, of course cake! While Aioli catering can’t help with the music, the cute boys (although some of our servers could qualify), or the piñatas, we can help with the dinner part of the party, and even the birthday cake (or cupcakes).
Food Fit for a Princess
Aioli Burger catering offers a wide variety of catering services, from full-service catering for sit-down meals, buffet-style catering option with fixed food stations manned by our staff, or our no-frills, drop-off catering option where we set the food on the tables, and head out.
Our most popular menu items are our delicious burgers, made with Kobe beef, set on a fresh brioche bun, and topped with delicious ingredients including one of our famous aiolis. Besides our mouth-watering, award-winning burgers, we serve other cuisines too, including Mediterranean, Asian, BBQ, and Mexican. Mix and match cuisines, it’s all good.
A few tasty appetizers will get things going. Choose from warm pretzel bites, (with gooey, melted cheese and whole grain mustard) elote, (messy, but oh so good) spicy fried pickle chips, (served with a yummy green chili aioli) three-cheese mac & cheese bites, or Aioli’s Fry Flight – your choice of fries with five delicious aiolis to dip. Aioli Burger’s typical sides include our signature loaded fries, regular and sweet potato fries (both served with your choice of one of our tasty homemade aiolis), crunchy beer battered onion rings, or good-for-you roasted veggies.
Our customer favorite burgers include our namesake Aioli Burger (aged sharp cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, vine ripe tomato, crisp lettuce, roasted garlic aioli), our White Truffle Swiss Burger (roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, white truffle aioli) or our Italiano Burger with fresh mozzarella, tomato, bacon, fresh basil, balsamic reduction, basil garlic aioli. We offer a vegetarian burger option too – a delicious falafel burger (homemade falafel, mango sauce, pickled red onion, cucumber, and black pepper aioli).
