With food truck service, our Aioli Burger truck is parked on site and food is made fresh to order. Drop-off does just as the name says: We prepare the food and drop it off to you, then depart. Have Your Choice of Drop-Off or Full-Service Catering
Our Mesa wedding catering services vary, and it’s good to have options. If you’re having more of a formal and sit-down dinner, then you may choose to go with full-service catering. With full-service catering, you select a menu and then buffet stations are arranged. Our team operates the buffet stations to make sure all guests are fed and have their meals the way they desire! Gluten-free buns are available upon request, or you can forego the bun altogether and wrap your burger patty in lettuce. Your vegetarian or vegan guests won’t go hungry either! They can opt to have our fantastic Falafel Burger or Beyond burger, topped with the same great toppings they crave. Any guests choosing to not have beef? No worries. Chicken breast is also available upon request.
