In the Aioli Gourmet Burgers world, there are certain things that bring us more pleasure than others: the sounds the road noises make when we are heading to feed hungry people, that first customer walking in the door of our restaurant after we’ve opened the doors for the day, and the introduction of a new burger to our menu! As to be expected, a burger has to go through many qualifying steps to be determined worthy of the Aioli menu, and our new Chili Cheeseburger is no exception. From the first moment of brainstorming to the final placement of that top bun, every detail is examined and scrutinized. Can we get the toppings from local sources? Does the brioche bun rise enough? How do we keep from staining white shirts? Ok, the last question was strictly based on the creation of this burger, but it does go to show just how much we consider the needs of our guests! After resolving the staining question with the creation of a unique chili we call White Lightning, we are now ready to present this innovative burger to the public!
We start with a firm but fluffy brioche bun which is topped with a Kobe beef patty so thick and juicy it almost doesn’t need any further ingredients, but you know we won’t stop there! Our secret weapon, the White Lightning chili, is poured atop the juicy burger, followed by shredded cheddar cheese, scallions, and raw white onions. You’d think that would be enough, but we just don’t believe in that old less is more motto. Because only more is more will do, we top these delicacies with a final layer of chili aioli spread on the top bun! Served on metal trays with the fries of your choice and an icy cold beverage, our latest creation is destined to fly off the grill!
