Aioli is very excited to be coming back to the Scottsdale Culinary Festival: Chocolate & Wine Experience (January 27th 2017). At the event, Aioli’s very own Chef Tom D’Ambrosio will be collaborating with Grand Canyon Brewing Company in a pairing they believe will be the talk of the town. The pairing will consist of Aioli’s award winning Smores Brioche Bread pudding and Grand Canyon Brewing Company’s American Brown Ale (“Muddy Waters”).

Chef Tom:
“We’re very excited to be paring with Grand Canyon Brewing company. The Muddy Waters (chocolate beer) pairs exceptionally well with our bread pudding. Honestly, what is better than chocolate, beer, and serving the community!?”
