We do, however, understand the need for something new and for that reason we would like you to explore something new on our Aioli Burger menu, perhaps exploring what our Burger of the Now brings to the table. The best way to chow down on something new at Aioli, especially our guests who have become regular visitors to our restaurants, is to sample the Burger of the Now. Every month we put our heads together, working to create a burger that melds new flavors in ways you never knew could be so delicious! This month’s Burger of the Now, the Firecracker Shrimp Burger, will take your tastebuds into the stratosphere and giving diners a spicy start to 2024. Created with beef blend patty, as you might expect and topped with pepper jack cheese and a spicy garlic aioli, you would be forgiven for thinking enough is enough, but you would be wrong. The secret ingredient, the topping that surprises, is a layer of breaded shrimp, offering a taste that will make you wonder why you had never thought of blending the two before now.

And Then There’s the Shake

Our Shake of the Now will make the perfect accompaniment to your burger and this month we are taking a step back in time, to a decade where girls wore poodle skirts, guys slicked their hair back, and Elvis shook us ALL up! Introducing the newest Shake of the Now, the “Elvis, I’m all Shook Up shake, made with vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, and bananas.
