The joy of cooler days and pumpkin spice everything has us wanting to get out and, well, do stuff and if you find your calendar booked with a plethora of Arizona fall events to be held at your place, we would like to help! Aioli Gourmet Burger can’t clean your house or decide on a theme for your special event, we can’t even send out the Evites, but we can take one very big and very important item off your agenda; we can cater the food! It is fall and the weather is cooling but the temps are still in the 80s and 90s and spending time in the hot kitchen that could be better spent doing something else is just not what we want for you!

Choose your Menu

Whatever your theme, we are sure to have a menu that fits the occasion perfectly, and if we don’t, just tell our chef what you had in mind and we can construct the perfect meal! Once your food choices have been made (we even offer a breakfast catering menu, should you want to celebrate Halloween with a spooktacular morning meal!) there is one more important item left to choose from; how exactly you want the food catered! Choose a food truck for larger venues or a food cart for more intimate spaces. Both are fun, but if you prefer to enjoy a party with just you and your guests, we also offer to drop-off catering services. We supply the food and everything needed to serve yourself and devour the food and then we leave. Clean-up is minimal as the pans and serving utensils are disposable and your party will be exactly what you dreamed it could be. For a more formal event, you may choose to have our chef-manned stations enjoying a buffet-style meal that is destined to be delicious! And, if your Arizona fall events is for Thanksgiving, we already have our Thanksgiving menu up on our website for you to peruse; we even offer a vegetarian menu, should you decide against the traditional turkey dinner! Thyme Sauteed Green Beans, Rosemary Sweet Potatoes, and the most delicious Bacon and sausage stuffing you have ever tried are just a few of the sides that go along with our catered Thanksgiving feast!
