Chef Tommy Joins Arizona Foothills Magazine for Chef Chat

Life is getting really exciting over here at Aioli Gourmet Burgers, as every day brings about new adventures and recognition, from our very own Chef Tommy appearing on Chopped to winning golden tickets that allow entry to the World Food Championships, and now, being interviewed by Arizona Foothills Magazine! The accolades and acknowledgments keep rolling in, and we have to admit that our lives are looking pretty tasty right around now. And as we grow bigger and more popular, we can’t help but look forward to more of the same in the future!

For Those With Discerning Tastes

Newcomers to the valley may not have heard about Arizona Foothills Magazine, but it won’t be long until they learn everything there is to know about the prestigious periodical; it’s the only magazine in town to discover the hippest, the greatest, and in our case, the tastiest places in town, and being chosen to be interviewed for the Chef Chat is a great honor! Now we’ll be honest with you here: Chef Tommy is an amazing chef, but he was a little concerned he wouldn’t have anything interesting to say while being interviewed. Fortunately, we are happy to say that reporter Melissa did her job extremely well and the end result was an article filled with interesting stories and tidbits that would be helpful to any young people out there harboring their own dreams of becoming a professional chef! He also hinted at—without revealing any details, of course—some future goals that make us even more excited for our future. Chef Tommy’s passion for feeding people isn’t just discussed in a popular magazine; rather, it is exemplified in every burger that is created in our food trucks and restaurant! He speaks about falling in love with cooking at a young age, and that love is evident everywhere you turn at Aioli. This place is so good ! I usually try to stay away from meat alternatives like this as they contain canola oil in it. However I have sensitivities to certain cuts of beef and this has been so raves about I had to give it a try! ☺️

❗️If you all have never been to the bakery “ GLUTEN FREE CREATIONS” by the way... you NEED TOO. The staff is so helpful and it is a GLUTEN FREE dedicated bakery that also serves food during the day! It is sooo good ! One of my favorite items is their herb bread ! 🤤 they partner up with TONS of local restaurants and provide their breads and baked goods! Check them out. They are located in right in the same block of this restaurant! .

Aioli is popping up on menus with some confusion between garlic mayonnaise and aioli sauce. With all due respect, aioli is not mayonnaise that took a semester abroad.  @aioligourmetburger offers fresh, as in made from scratch daily, aioli sauce in four finger-licking flavors, white truffle, basil garlic, chipotle, and roasted garlic. This, along with great customer service and some serious customer loyalty, has lead from one food truck to three and a restaurant at 32nd St and Shea Blvd.  For catering or dinner tonight, #aioligourmetburgers top choice!
