Of course, anyone who has been around the Phoenix area for any amount of time is familiar with our red-and-white checked food trucks and our famous burgers. Each burger is made with Kobe beef, set on a brioche bun, and topped with delicious, fresh ingredients, including our famous aioli.

Our signature appetizers include warm pretzel bites accompanied with hot, gooey, melted cheese and whole grain mustard, spicy fried pickle chips served with a yummy green chili aioli, and our Fry Flight – your choice of fries with five delicious aiolis to dip. Or select our three-cheese mac & cheese bites or Mexican street corn (messy, but oh so good). Just be sure to order extra napkins!

One of our customer favorite burgers is our namesake Aioli Burger made with aged sharp cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, tomato and lettuce, and roasted garlic aioli. Our White Truffle Swiss Burger (roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, white truffle aioli), and our Italiano Burger (fresh mozzarella, tomato, bacon, fresh basil, balsamic reduction, basil garlic aioli) are crowd pleasers too. We also offer a delicious vegetarian falafel burger with mango sauce, pickled red onion, cucumber, and black pepper aioli that’s always a hit.

Of course, you can’t serve burger without fries, and we’ve got signature loaded fries, regular and sweet potato fries served with a choice of tasty homemade aioli sauces, or crunchy beer battered onion rings to choose from.
