It’s been a minute since we’ve experienced a powerful monsoon storm here in the valley, but weather enthusiasts are predicting that this year there will be a return of the haboob, and we think hosting a monsoon party may be the best way to ensure that it does. Our food trucks run on generators, so we can keep frying as the storm rages on and your guests can chow down happily watching skies darken, trees bend in the wind, and be startled by large cracks of thunder and the lightning that brightens up the dark skies!

Not everyone has the space for a food truck or even a food cart, and maybe you just don’t want any extra guests at your monsoon party, no matter how well we can cook. The good news is that in our mix of catering services, we also offer drop off catering, where we bring the food to your door and leave it to you to handle the rest and we even offer pick-up services where you can pick up the meals you ordered and leave us out of the mix altogether.
