Even better, while our food truck chefs are going to be working diligently to provide the best food ever tasted, all you will need to do is sample, taste, and cast a vote as to which is your favorite. As much as we love what we do, we certainly think you have the better end of the deal, even as we promise to try our hardest to win the People’s Choice trophy.

If FoodieLand was the only food truck celebration this year, we can promise you wouldn’t mind too much as this three-day festival is one of the largest in the nation, offering over 185 food and retail vendors, if you can’t find something to eat or buy here, you probably never will. Also offering live entertainment and games, in addition to food and shopping, we at Aioli have found paradise and it is called FoodieLand! The best part of this wonderful event is how it celebrates food, community, and culture, reminding us with food and fun that diversity is important and can be very delicious.

Uncorked: Arizona Food & Wine Festival, March 29th, Salt River Fields at Talking Stick

No sooner than the last out has been made and the final locker has been cleaned out after Spring Training, it is time for Salt River Fields at Talking Stick to bring out its more refined side, with their annual Uncorked: Arizona Food & Wine Festival. Offering over 100 wines from Arizona wineries, a DJ spinning the best music, a custom photo booth, and of course a generous selection of local food trucks, the proceeds from this event will go to the AZ Small Dog Rescue (Aww!) Food, wine, music, and helping cute puppies get rescued? We might have to rethink calling FoodieLand paradise!
