How It All Happened
Three life-long friends started Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering with one thing in mind: to serve quality food to our home-town. Each member brought different skills to the table, allowing them to turn their life-long dream of owning a restaurant into a reality.
Tommy D’Ambrosio – Executive Chef:
Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and has over a decade of fine dining experience.
Being born and raised in Arizona, Chef Tommy was happy to come back to his hometown and start, own, and operate one of the fastest growing food truck experiences in Arizona. Chef Tommy has also lead Aioli brand into the winners’ circle of state & national competitions such as Arizona’s Burger Battle, Phoenix Devoured, and Scottsdale Culinary Classic Events.
Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering started with a food truck and something delicious to deliver; it has now grown into multiple food trucks, fully catered experiences, and a new restaurant located at 32nd Street & Shea in Paradise Valley!
Kyle Hollenbeck – Director of Sales:
Kyle is a founding member and Director of Sales for Aioli Gourmet Burgers. Growing up with the other two partners in the Shadow Mountain area was a big reason Kyle wanted to have the first Aioli Burgers location near the school.
He will help work with you on any food truck or catering bookings, and you will see him around the restaurant as he works out of there. Kyle wants to always make sure you have the best experience when dining with us and/or having us cater your special event.
Stephen Pucci – Sous Chef:
Chef Stephen Pucci is a graduate of The Art Institute of San Bernardino, California where he graduated with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts. He is no stranger to the food industry and has been working in kitchens since he was 16. He has continued to further his culinary experiences in many ways and moved to Arizona to work hand-in-hand with Chef Tommy.
Vivianna D’Ambrosio – Event Sales Manager
Vivianna D’Ambrosio was born and raised in a large Italian family in Westchester, New York. She started cooking with her grand mother in the kitchen at a very young age which sparked her passion for food and cooking. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America she worked at The Greenbrier, Americas Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia under some of the most talented chefs but she soon realized that she had a deeper passion for front of house operations. She moved to Arizona with her husband Tom D’Ambrosio and continued to work at resorts in the valley which eventually led her into event planning and sales. She is excited and eager to create your next food truck event!
Amanda Mohadjer – Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Amanda is the Marketing Coordinator for Aioli Gourmet Burgers. As part of her role, she manages all of Aioli’s social media accounts and is responsible for developing and executing various marketing campaigns. Her goal is to make sure that people know about all of the fun and amazing things Aioli is up to. Amanda is a native Arizonian who recently moved back to the Phoenix area with her husband and daughter so they could be closer to family.
Paola Navedo – Administrative Assistant
Paola is the Administrative Assistant for Aioli Gourmet Burgers. Her position encompasses everything from human resources to customer service. She personally makes sure that each client’s expectations have been met with each event. She is a native New Yorker who has recently moved to Arizona to live near her daughter and son-in-law.
